Deborah Wilson

Deborah Wilson

Deborah is a highly regarded Management Consultant, having an established reputation in the areas of leadership and team development.  Her facilitative style gives her the edge to drive cultural change through leaders at all levels of an organisation, ensuring they take individual control of their personal development whilst contributing to organisational goals and objectives.

Having spent 12 years working in a variety of senior training and development roles, Deborah headed up Barclays Leadership Development, implementing and facilitating a behavioural development programme for over 6500 leaders at all levels internationally across the organisation.  She has a breadth of experience in the strategic design of development centres as well as being an excellent hands on facilitator.

Deborah has worked with a diverse range of organisations including: Mercedes Benz, Abbey International, Barclays Premier Banking, Enterprise, BT, Barclaycard, The Crown Estate; EDF Trading, DataForce Marketing Services, Jewson, The London Fire Brigade; Daimler Chrysler; CAT (Renault) UK; Kellogg’s and the NPSA (NHS).

Phil Yerby

Phil Yerby

Having spent 14 years in a variety of senior commercial Sales, Marketing and People Development roles, Phil joined Pinpoint Management Training as a Director in 2004.  Previous roles include Marketing Director, Far East and Area Marketing Director, Southern Europe for British American Tobacco.  During the previous ten years he led the development of large sales and marketing organisations in the UK, Europe and Asia.

Phil has a breadth of experience in leading change through direct line and matrix organisational models and developing large change management and leadership programmes to support this.  In line with the Pinpoint philosophy, Phil is committed to organisation development that enhances the Customer Experience and adds value to the bottom line.  Phil is also experienced in developing and mentoring key leadership talent.

Phil has recently conducted sales, marketing and Customer Experience programmes within both the private and public sectors including: HSBC, Abbey International, BAT, Mercedes-Benz, BT, Enterprise, DataForce Marketing Services, Barclays Premier Banking, NPSA (NHS) and Unichem.

Madeleine Stearn

Madeleine StearnMadeleine is highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about developing people to their full potential.  Her philosophy is that everyone can achieve more if they have the right incentive and support and she thrives on that challenge.

Madeleine has unique knowledge and experience of integrating staff development into the business which enables her to bring a new perspective on designing training solutions that fit with the people, culture and opportunities of the different organisations.

Having worked for 16 years, previous to training, in sales and account management roles, Madeleine has a special interest in developing customer facing consultants and managers, including sales skills, influencing, presentation and account management.

Madeleine’s repertoire also includes performance management, managing conflict, time management, and a host of other business related skills and behaviours.

Madeleine is an accredited NLP Practitioner and Coach.

Current clients include: HSBC, Standard Life Assurance Co, Intelligent Finance, Telewest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Grant Thornton, Thomsons Online Benefits, Trigold.

Tim Bourne

Tim is a results-oriented and empowering business coach with strong analytical skills, complemented by well-practised change, programme and people management abilities.  He is an experienced and successful senior manager and consultant, with achievements spanning a variety of sectors and leading organisations.  Consequently, his training and facilitation is reinforced with the credibility of someone who has actually practised their subject material for real.

The first 20 years of Tim’s career were focused on management and internal consultancy roles within the BBC, Berkshire County Council, British Airways and Vodafone.

Over the past five years Tim has worked across sectors ranging from the highly commercial to government and charities.  These organisations include: Vodafone, Virgin Mobile, BT, Mercedes-Benz, National Express, Group 4 Services Ltd, ADT UK, Tube Lines, the Civil Service, the Rural Payments Agency, Richmond Borough Council, Gloucestershire County Council, Breast Cancer Care, the National Autistic Society, Barnardo’s, the British Heart Foundation, Vodafone UK Foundation.

Darren Smallridge

Darren is an expert facilitator and professional actor with much experience of working in the public and private sectors.  With a background in Theatre and Education he has an in-depth understanding of storytelling and communication skills which brings a vibrant and insightful energy to his workshops.  This creates an environment where delegates can safely and enjoyably explore the complexity of human interaction and learn how to get the best out of themselves and other people.

Darren has a diploma in NLP (Neuro Linguistic programming) and more recently has become accredited in ‘Facet 5’ personality profiling.  Over the past years Darren has worked across both the public and private sectors, some of these include: Mercedes Benz, BT, NHS, Camden council, Environment Agency and Keystone Distributions.

Mark Huggins

Mark is a facilitator, trainer and coach who specialises in behavioural change, primarily in the areas of influencing, business development and performance management.  He brings his considerable commercial experience having enjoyed a very successful 12 year career in both retail management and sales and marketing.  Mark also trained as a professional actor and has worked extensively in London’s west end and in both television and film.

Since 2004 Mark has developed further as a trainer and coach, he is a qualified practitioner of MBTI, SDI, and SPIN and has worked in many business sectors; Legal, Finance, FMCG, Hotels and Hospitality, Media, Insurance, Consulting and Retail.  His recent work includes working with; Accenture, Clifford Chance, BBC, Leading Hotels of the World, Eversheds, Louis Vuitton, Motorola, Vodafone, Levi Strauss, Clyde & Co, BT, Mercedes Benz (DCUK), Barclays, BAA and Imperial Tobacco.

Dave Bates

After much sales success and recognition in national, key and business development account roles, it was in ‘developing people’ that Dave found his niche.  With a high level of self-awareness and awareness of others Dave is able to tailor his style and format according to the needs of the audience.  With calm, yet enthused, adult to adult approach, delegates quickly feel at ease and engaged.

Dave has recently undertaken training and coaching work covering sales, key account management, leadership, change management, presentations, team working, customer service and personal effectiveness.  He has worked in many different organisations some of these include: Mercedes-Benz, BT, Scottish & Newcastle.
