Designed For: Individuals who need to facilitate groups to drive results. Additionally, trainers who are looking to make the step to facilitation of groups, particularly senior individuals
Objectives
- To provide delegates with the tools to establish how to facilitate the ‘task’, ‘process’ and ‘climate’
- To understand how to identify group and individual dynamics and effective ways of handling these.
- To practise a range of interventions, keeping groups on track and focused.
- To understand how clients and colleagues perceive your facilitation approach, identifying areas for improvement
- To understand the importance of contracting and how to establish workable contracts with groups and clients
- To establish quick and effective ways of problem solving
