During this time they have seen staff turnover fall from 38% to just 7% demonstrating their leaders are inspiring people to want to stay and perform. We also introduced a ‘Stepping up to Leadership’ for aspiring leaders which has meant 7 out of 8 senior leadership roles have been filled internally since we started.
