We use a mixture of workshops, 121 coaching, coaching calls and Observation Days in the business. This holistic approach leaves no stone unturned and gets results! Spending time in the business really helps us understand, see and feel what's going well or not and why....our clients love it.

Emotional Intelligence is our passion! Helping Leaders improve their self-awareness, self-adjustment, communication and empathy is very powerful and transformational. We use a number of diagnostic and feedback tools but our focus and starting point is always EQ.

My Progressive Leadership Programme helped me recognise my management style was a little dictator like - I changed this over the course of a year, and now believe looking after my team means they will look after our customers better. I am reaping the rewards of embracing PLP through continuing to evaluate my emotional intelligence and refining my outlook and impact on everyone around me.
